STARS is a new innovative evidence-informed service developed by Outcomes for Children in partnership with Derby, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. We support children and young people in local authority care and on the edge of care to achieve better outcomes, resilience and success. STARS reflect foster parents, families and young people’s needs, using a flexible, multi-disciplinary ‘One-team’ approach.
