All-age service available to everyone living in Nottinghamshire who is experiencing problems with drugs and/or alcohol. Support for individuals as well as children and family members impacted by someone elses substance misuse.
Contact made within 24 hours of referral to carry out assessment and create plan of action for recovery.

Breakout is the young person’s drug and alcohol service for Derby. The services provides treatment, one to one support, detox programmes and introduces coping mechanisms.

A young person's drug and alcohol service for under 18s.
Support focuses on helping young people understand the risk of using substances preventing substance misuse and providing treatment to support young people.
The service is free and confidential.
Referrals are accepted by email, phone or post.
