Change, grow, live (CGL) provides adult drug and alcohol recovery services across the county in a range of community settings, making treatment more accessible.
18+ support
Individuals can self-refer for support. CGL also take referrals from GPs, other treatment providers, housing providers, probation staff and other professionals working in the sector.

Support might include:
Advice and self-help information about how to reduce your drinking.
One-to-one support from a specialist alcohol worker.
Specialist mental health support.
Making links with other support services to help sort out any benefit, housing or debt issues.
Help to access education and employment support if needed.
Access to recovery focused activities to improve general health and wellbeing.
Group work sessions such as a Drink Down Group and Motivation Group.

A service that provides a single point of advice, support and treatment online, in person or over the phone.
Staff will then:
Complete a comprehensive assessment of people’s needs.
Support individuals through appropriate treatment.
Support after any treatment(s) to maintain service user’s recovery.
Offer individuals opportunities to learn and develop.
18+ support
Self-referral or by a third party such as a doctor or a support worker.
Referrals are completed by contacting the service by phone or by email.
